Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Direct Debit payments for:

• Annual Memberships at The Good Practice

• Prepaid packages for Red Light Therapy and Cryotherapy treatments

By setting up a Direct Debit, you agree to these terms.

Direct Debit Payments

2.1 Payments will be collected via Direct Debit on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as agreed at sign-up).

2.2 By providing your bank details, you authorise The Good Practice to collect payments in accordance with your selected plan.

2.3 Payment dates will be confirmed at the time of registration.

2.4 You will receive advance notice of any changes to payment amounts or dates.

Annual Membership

3.1 Membership provides access to services and benefits as outlined at the time of joining.

3.2 Membership is for a minimum term of 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Fees are non-refundable once collected, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Good Practice.

3.4 Membership benefits are non-transferable.

Red Light Therapy & Cryotherapy Packages

4.1 Treatment packages are sold as prepaid sessions or monthly plans via Direct Debit.

4.2 Sessions must be used within one calendar month.

4.3 Unused sessions may expire and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 Packages are non-transferable and must only be used by the registered client.

4.5 Treatments are subject to clinical suitability and may require assessment prior to use.

Cancellations and Termination

5.1 Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 14 days of signing up for a Direct Debit agreement. If services have already been used during this period, a proportionate charge may apply.

5.2 Membership Cancellation

• After the minimum 12-month term, membership may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice

• Early cancellation requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances

5.3 Package Cancellation

• Ongoing monthly treatment plans require 30 days’ notice to cancel

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased

5.4 The Good Practice reserves the right to terminate agreements where:

• Payments are missed or repeatedly fail

• There is misuse of services

• Clinical or safety concerns arise

Missed Payments

6.1 If a Direct Debit payment fails, we may:

• Attempt to collect the payment again

• Suspend access to services until payment is received

6.2 Continued non-payment may result in termination of your membership or package.

Price Changes

7.1 We reserve the right to review and amend pricing.

7.2 You will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any changes.

Health & Safety

8.1 Red Light Therapy and Cryotherapy are subject to individual suitability.

8.2 You must disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to treatment.

8.3 The Good Practice reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed unsafe.

Liability

9.1 All treatments are provided with appropriate care and professional standards.

9.2 The Good Practice is not liable for:

• Outcomes where medical advice is not followed

• Undisclosed health conditions affecting treatment

9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available upon request or via our website.
