By purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Overview of Packages

The Good Practice offers the following treatment packages:

Each package provides access to Red Light Therapy and/or Cryotherapy sessions as clinically appropriate.

All sessions must be used by the calendar month end from the date of the first session (activation date).

Clinical Suitability and Consent

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

Before commencing treatment:

• you will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire

• a clinician or trained practitioner will confirm suitability

• informed consent will be obtained

The Practice reserves the right to:

• decline or delay treatment if it is not clinically appropriate

• stop treatment at any point in the interest of patient safety

These therapies are wellness-based treatments and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care.

Session Validity and Usage

• The package is activated on the date of your first session

• Credits are pro rata to the end of the month

3.2 Expiry

• Any unused sessions after the one-month period will expire automatically

Exceptions may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the Practice’s discretion.

3.3 Booking and Availability

• All sessions must be booked in advance

• Appointments are subject to availability

• We recommend booking sessions early to ensure full utilisation within the validity period

4. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access for all patients:

• More than 3 hours’ notice: no charge, session retained

• Less than 3 hours’ notice: session forfeited

• forfeiture of the session where treatment cannot be completed safely

Charges may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the Practice’s discretion.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment

• All packages must be paid in full in advance

• Sessions cannot be used until payment is received
